The key to the success of CWJC is mentor relationships--woman to woman. Mentoring is a great opportunity to minister one-on-one. It's building a relationship that will change a life and provide an opportunity to model the love of Christ.

 What is a mentor?
*A woman of faith who is a little further along in her journey and willing to share what she has learned with another woman
*A cheerleader and encourager
*A teacher and motivator
*A coach and team member

We provide training and monthly mentor meetings
Mentors commit at least 2 hrs. weekly to mentoring--you plan your own schedules.
